1. Event information

(1) Race Time and place:

7:30 am to 13:45 am, Sunday, August 27, 2023, Harbin City

1. Marathon (42.195 km) 10000 people

2. Half marathon (21.0975 km) 10000 people

3. Mini run (about 5 km) 10,000 people

1. Starting point (all events) : Youyi West Road (Harbin Music Park Music Corridor).

2. Marathon finish: Sun Avenue (Sun Stone Square, Sun Island).

3. Finish line of Half marathon: City Hall Square.

4. Mini Run finish: Qunli Music Theme Square (Qunli Hall of Harbin Music Museum).

The track shall be measured by a surveyor appointed by the Chinese Athletics Association.

2. Registration qualification

(1) Qualification requirements

Anyone who meets the requirements of the competition regulations, has legal identification, and is medically fit can enter.

(2) Age requirements

1. Participants in the marathon shall be at least 20 years old (born before December 31, 2003).

2. Participants of Half marathon should be at least 16 years old (born before December 31, 2007).

3. There is no age requirement for participants to participate in Mini Marathon. Participants under 16 years of age (born after December 31, 2007) and over 65 years of age (born before December 31, 1958) must obtain the consent of their guardian or legal representative or immediate family members and sign a disclaimer before entering the race; A guardian or legal representative or immediate family member is required to accompany the contestant.

(3) Physical condition requirements of competitors

Marathon is a high-intensity long-distance competitive sport and a high-risk competitive event, which has high requirements on the physical condition of participants. Participants should be in good health and have the basis for regular running exercise or training. Participants should choose the appropriate event according to their physical condition and ability and confirm the relevant terms in the competition declaration.

The Organizing committee strongly recommends participants to have the necessary physical examination within one month before the race to determine whether they are fit to participate in the high-intensity sports competition. The physical examination items mainly include but are not limited to blood pressure, heart rate, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney function, etc. All participants shall bear the responsibility for personal damage and property loss caused by personal health and other personal reasons.

Patients with the following diseases and physical conditions are not eligible to participate in this competition:

1. congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease.

2. Patients with hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.

3. Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases.

4. Patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmias.

5. Diabetics with high or low blood sugar.

6. Pregnant women during pregnancy.

7. Anyone who has had a cold within two weeks before the race.

8. People who have drunk alcohol or had insufficient sleep the night before the race.

9. Those who have not recovered from infectious diseases.

10. People infected with COVID-19 or who have any of the symptoms, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, but do not seek medical treatment are excluded from COVID-19.

11. People who are not fit for vigorous exercise within 30 days after recovery from the novel coronavirus infection, or who are still in the recovery period from the novel coronavirus infection, or who are not fit for vigorous exercise after the novel coronavirus infection.

12. Patients with other diseases not suitable for exercise.

4. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control

The Organizing Committee will make dynamic adjustments according to the epidemic situation and the requirements of the territory.

3. Registration time

(1) Pre-registration time:

From 10:00 on July 6, 2023, to 24:00 on July 12, 2023.

(ii) Announcement of draw results:

July 27, 2023, 14:00.

(C) Invitation Code Registration Time:

From 10:00 on July 6 to 10:00 on August 9, 2023.

(IV) Payment time:

1. If the number of applicants for marathon, half marathon and mini-Run exceeds the entry limit, the entry qualification will be obtained by drawing lots.

2. The registration will be conducted by pre-registration, then the winning bid will be announced, the payment will be made at a specified time, and then the payment will be made by drawing lots.

3. The winning contestant must pay the registration fee within 48 hours. If the applicant fails to pay the fee after the expiration, the winning qualification will be invalid.

4. The registration fee payment time is within 48 hours after the official announcement of the winning bid time (the official website will be announced, and the SMS will be announced simultaneously). If the time exceeds 48 hours, the winning bid will be invalid.

5. The candidate will pay the application fee within 48 hours after the official announcement of the candidate qualification (the official website and the SMS will be announced simultaneously). After more than 48 hours, the candidate qualification will be invalid.

6. The successful candidates will be announced at the same time of the announcement of the successful candidates (the successful candidates will wait in the order of waiting).

7. The final deadline for the shortlist is July 31, 2023.

4. How to apply

1. Log on to the official website of Harbin Marathon (www.hrb-marathon.cn), the Digital Heart APP and the official account of Harbin Bank to register online.

(2) Group registration is not accepted.

(3) All participants (including those who have obtained direct quota and free quota) are required to register online.

(4) Other runners who have registered for marathon, half marathon and mini run will be eligible by random drawing. The drawing result will be notified by SMS. Participants can also inquire through the official website of the event.

(5) Participants who do not register for the event

1. Athletes who have been banned by the Chinese Athletic Association for violating the rules and regulations of athletics competition.

2. Athletes who are banned by the Organizing Committee for violating the relevant rules and regulations of the events organized by the Organizing Committee and the operation unit.

3. Competitors who do not meet the requirements of the Organizing committee on epidemic prevention and control.

4. Players who do not meet the qualification for this event for other reasons.

(6) Offline registration will be provided at the office of the Organizing Committee (Building 16, Science and Technology Innovation City, Innovation 3rd Road, Songbei District, Harbin). For details, please call the Organizing Committee.

5. Registration fee

(1) Contestants from China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan)

1. RMB 150 / person for marathon.

2. Half Marathon event 120 yuan/person.

3. Mini Run event 80 yuan/person.

(2) Foreign runners

1. RMB 320 / person (or USD 50 / person) for marathon.

2. Half Marathon event 260 RMB/person (or 40USD/ person).

3. Mini Run event 160 yuan/person (or 25USD/ person).

Participants who have been confirmed by the Organizing committee to participate in the race (registered successfully) cannot change the event. If the participant is unable to participate due to personal reasons, he/she can mail the package after the race. The registration fee is non-refundable.

6. Players who can directly qualify for the competition

(1) Special participants invited by the Organizing Committee

High-level competitors invited in accordance with the requirements of the World Association of Athletics Federations (WADA) tag event.

(2) Hama loyal running friends

Runners who have registered and participated in the marathon and Half marathon of Harbin Marathon for more than 3 times (including) from 2016 to 2019 and have completed the race.

(3) Runners whose performance meets the following standards

1. Runners registered for marathon: the individual marathon completion results of the events certified as "A1" by Chinese Athletic Association from January 1, 2019, to July 1, 2023 (the results data available on the "China Marathon Information Platform" shall be subject to the deadline for registration).

2. For runners registered for Half marathon: the individual half marathon completion results of the events certified as "A1" by Chinese Athletic Association from January 1, 2019, to July 1, 2023 (the results data available on the "China Marathon Information Platform" shall be subject to the deadline for registration).

(4) Through other means

1. Participants who have already qualified for the event in the relevant activities organized by the Harbin Marathon Organizing Committee in the past (but must meet the registration requirements of this event).

2. The sponsor will pass through the quota.

Note: Participants need to log on the official website of Harbin Marathon to complete the registration during the registration period. Failure to submit the registration after the deadline will be regarded as abandonment and will not be made up.

(1) Marathon, Half Marathon, and Mini Run:

① Log on to the official website of Harbin Marathon (www.hrb-marathon.cn);

② Carefully read the "Competition Regulations", "Registration Instructions", "Entry Statement" and "Risk Warning" of Harbin Bank 2023 Harbin Marathon;

③ Click "I want to register";

④ click on the project you want to register, fill in the registration materials and submit;

⑤ After successful submission, wait for the draw;

⑥ if you win, you need to pay the registration fee within the specified time; After the successful payment of the registration fee, the registration is successful. If you are not successful, you can participate in the waiting list. The waiting list information can be checked on the official website or wait for SMS notification.

2. Harbin Bank registration channel

Enter the official WeChat account of "Harbin Bank", click "Hui · Life" in the lower right corner to enter the "Hama Registration" or directly reply "Hama Registration" in the dialog box to enter the Harbin Bank 2023 Harbin Marathon registration page for registration.

Viii. Important Notes

(1) Once the participant confirms the registration, he/she shall be deemed to agree to the Competition Regulations, Registration Instructions, Competition Statement and Risk Warning of the event, and the entry and all personal information shall not be changed.

(2) It is illegal to transfer the entry qualification, bib number and chip to others, and all consequences arising from the event shall be borne by the transferor and/or transferee.

(3) Participants must fill in the personal information truthfully, and the Organizing committee will verify the authenticity of the information. If there is any fraud, the participant will be disqualified from the 2023 Harbin Marathon.

(4) The Organizing Committee will make dynamic adjustments according to the epidemic situation and the requirements of the territory.

10. Other Information

(1) The information about receiving materials for the contestants will be announced separately.

(2) The Organizing Committee does not encourage competitors to carry flags, banners, slogans or wear unofficial speed balloons during the competition. Please understand and cooperate.

11. Special Tips

(1) In line with the principle of running the race in a frugal way, some race materials unused due to the epidemic of the 2021 Harbin Marathon will be used in this race, including clothes, towels, backpacks and so on.

(2) Due to the optimization and adjustment of the registration process of 2023 Harbin Marathon, runners who have registered for 2021 Harbin Marathon but have not applied for a refund need to re-register and register in accordance with the registration requirements and procedures of Harbin Bank 2023 Harbin Marathon if they want to continue to participate.

(3) Since the 2021 Harbin Marathon has only been pre-registered, the follow-up work has been suspended due to the epidemic, and the lottery has not yet been conducted. Please log in to the official website of the 2021 runners who have not yet applied for refund during the 2023 registration period, click "Apply for refund", fill in the relevant information, and complete the refund.
